Return & Refund Policy: Cancellation is accepted for orders that have not been shipped or processed, resulting in a full refund. Unfortunately, once the product is shipped, we cannot cancel the order. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days after receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. Shipping costs for returns will be charged to customers in most cases, except for product quality issues.
