Shipping Policy
Our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers worldwide every day and strive to offer you a service of the highest level.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email listing the items ordered and your shipping information. Please review these details (country, street number, company name, unit...) and contact us immediately if there are any errors. If you haven't received the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
SHIPPING
Shipping Providers: USPS, UPS, DHL, YunExpress, Yanwen, SF Express, and other local EMS (Express Mail Service) providers, among others.
We endeavor to process all orders within 1-2 business days of receipt, but during peak times it may take longer (holiday periods, major sales, etc...).
You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

TRACKING
After your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm your order details. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your order number, carrier information, order date and time, order status, and tracking numbers for shipped items. You can track your items on the official website of the carrier after 48 hours.
Once the packages arrive in your country, local postal services take over the delivery. This means you can track your package on the website of your local postal service using the same tracking number. If the tracking indicates that the package could not be delivered for any reason, please contact your local post office first to obtain further information. As they handle your package, they may have information that we don't.

Please note that the tracking is active for 60 days, so we won't be able to assist you if you contact us after this period.
DELIVERY
We take all reasonable precautions to ensure that products are not damaged. If the item is damaged during transport, please immediately email service@ulanzi.com within 3 business days of receiving the shipment.
If your order has been damaged during transport, please contact us immediately by sending us a photo.
If possible, please inform the carrier of any delivery issues (damaged packaging, missing/destroyed products...) upon receipt of your order.
CHANGING MY DELIVERY ADDRESS
If your order is being delivered to an incorrect address, please email service@ulanzi.com as soon as possible.
PLEASE NOTE
In the event of force majeure, order processing may be delayed. However, rest assured that your order will be processed promptly when weather conditions permit.
Your order will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Any package returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be resent at your expense.
You are responsible for the shipping costs of returned goods unless it is a quality issue.

Most orders are shipped from our warehouses in Germany and the United States, and are not subject to any additional customs duties. In the event that customs fees do apply, please contact us and we will assist you in handling the taxes. (Notice: We will charge tariffs for orders shipped to the United Kingdom, European Union, and Brazil, as these are not tax-free zones.)
