Return & Refund Policy: Cancellation is accepted for orders that have not been shipped or processed, resulting in a full refund. Unfortunately, once the product is shipped, we cannot cancel the order. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days after receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
