Return & Refund Policy: Cancellation is accepted for orders that have not been shipped or processed, resulting in a full refund. Unfortunately, once the product is shipped, we cannot cancel the order. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days after receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. Shipping costs for returns will be charged to customers in most cases, except for product quality issues. Unauthorized returns to a different address will not be eligible for a refund. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you a notification. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a specific timeframe. In the case of a broken product, please contact our customer service at service@ulanzi.com, providing pictures or videos of the damaged item. Once the condition is confirmed, a full refund for the broken product will be issued. If you haven't received your refund, please start by checking your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company as it may take some time for refunds to be officially posted. Then, get in touch with your bank. There is often a processing delay before a refund appears.
