How long is the sleep timer, and how do I wake the device?
The device enters Sleep Mode automatically after 20 minutes of inactivity to conserve power. Simply turn any knob and wait a few seconds to wake up the device.
Why does Ulanzi Studio show "Disconnected"？
Please go to System Settings > Privacy & Security > Bluetooth and ensure that Bluetooth control permissions are enabled for the Ulanzi Studio App.
My Mac is connected to the D200X, but the buttons and knobs are not responding. How do I fix this?
Navigate to System Settings > Privacy & Security > Accessibility and toggle the switch to "On" for Ulanzi Studio.
Does the USB port on the D200X support a wired connection to my computer?
No. The USB port is designed exclusively for charging. The D200X communicates with your computer via Bluetooth.
How do I configure hotkeys (shortcuts) for the D200X?
Step1: Open the Ulanzi Studio App and drag your desired shortcut function from the right panel onto an empty key.
Step2: Select the key, then click the "Hotkey" row in the configuration area below. It will display "Observing keystrokes...".
Step3: Press the keys on your physical keyboard. This supports individual modifier keys (Control, Shift, Alt, etc.) as well as combinations like "Modifier + Letter/Number."
Which software is compatible with the D200X?

We recommend creating a "Home" Profile:
Step1: Within your Home profile, drag in the "Switch Profile" action to link to your various workflow presets.
Step2: Inside each specific workflow preset, assign a button (e.g., the top-left key) to jump back to the "Home" profile.This allows you to navigate between complex setups as easily as switching apps on a smartphone.
