Are these plates compatible with the F38 system as well?
If you want to switch between F22 and F38 system, you need buy a accessory which named F22 & F38 QR Plate.
How am i able to tighten the panning motion? i have an atomos monitor on it and it pans very easily, so in use it often moves accidentally.
It has three modes. You can rotate the side knob to tighten the mount holder. Hope this helps.

No, it just can realize the function that convert 1/4" thread to F22 quick release system.
